IMPORTANT!--The anticipation of a new puppy can understandably create a sense of urgency to try to locate a litter, without allowing adequate time for breed research.  It is for your benefit, as well as the welfare of our treasured dogs, that we urge you to complete the recommended reading on our Research page before contacting breeders.  This will optimize your future discussions with breeders and move you more effectively toward an informed decision.

If, after exploring the wealth of information on this site, you are confident that a Border Terrier is the right choice for your home, then we invite you to get in touch with one or more of the members listed here to arrange a visit and learn more about the breed first-hand.

Some of the members listed are not actively breeding at this time (they are identified), but all have been members of the BTCA for at least two years and have indicated that they abide by the BTCA Ethical Standard and are willing to discuss the breed and provide information to people researching Border Terriers.
