2012 BTCA Specialty Auctions and Raffles

Live and Silent Auctions

This year the Silent Auction will be held on the evening of the AGM and the Live Auction will be on the Thursday evening, in conjunction with the Awards Banquet.

The traditional Silent and Live Actions are supported by your donations, and we welcome collectibles, memorabilia or new items. Any theme is welcome, including general dog, border terrier, fox, or vermin items, old Borderlines, gift certificates, beer or wine, or gift certificates. Please only new or clean, barely used items. High value items will be selected for the Live Auction, while the remaining items will go to the Silent Auction.

Shipping materials will be available to help in getting your treasurers home.

The auctions will be a great success with your help, so please look around and see what you can part with or consider what new item you might donate.

Regional Club Baskets

There will be a silent auction at the hospitality get together featuring baskets from Border Terrier Clubs in the USA -and beyond! The baskets will represent the area of each club offering them- an opportunity for that club to showcase their region! The proceeds from the auction will provide a bond awarded to the top Jr. Handler at this year's specialty.

And just to make the club challenge complete- a prize will be awarded to the club bringing in the highest bid!

Specialty Raffle

The drawing for this raffle will be at the host hotel at noon on Thursday, June 14.

Please consider donating a basket to this raffle. Baskets will be on display throughout the week. Popular items are terrier safe toys, treats, fancy frames, dog beds or coats, or whatever you'd like to share! If you wish to donate items instead of an entire basket, we can build your basket. Tickets will be on sale throughout the specialty week.
