2008 BTCA Members Survey |

The BTCA Member Survey is now online and ready for you to take. It has been designed on Surveymonkey.com Click here to to access the survey Upon entering the survey site, you will be prompted to put in a password. If you did not receive your password by email, please contact Annette Neff The survey is lengthy so you will need to respond to it when you have uninterrupted time. There is no problem with the survey timing out; however, it must be completed entirely in one sitting. Surveymonkey *DOES NOT* allow you to leave the survey and revisit it at another time. We have estimated the maximum amount of time needed to take the survey to be approximately 30 minutes. When you have completed the sections, please be sure to click the "NEXT" button so your answers on each page will be saved. You may go back to the previous pages to edit or change your responses before you submit the finished survey. Simply click the previous button to go back. Please note: Once you SUBMIT the survey, you CANNOT go back to edit your responses.
If you do not want to complete the survey online, you can request a paper copy of the survey from Ann Steinbacher. All members that do not have email addresses have been mailed a hard copy of the survey. Both members of the household membership can complete their survey using the same computer. Junior members are welcome to respond as well. The survey must be completed by May 15, 2008. Feel free to send additional sheets to fully express any comment to Ann Steinbacher, at:
