Each and every Border from all the published Breed Books is cataloged in one index. The dogs are listed alphabetically with the years of the Breed Books they appeared in, the titles they earned, and the pages on which they can be found.

COMPILATION OF DATA FOR BREED BOOKS YET TO BE PUBLISHED
To facilitate compilation of the breed books yet to be published, the Breed Book Committee has created an Owner Application Form. This form is to identify AKC, AWTA, and BTCA titles earned during each year. Because the upcoming Breed Books will be published in a yearly format, we ask that you use a separate form for each year.

IMPORTANT: Final deadline for submission for 2008, 2009 and 2010 Year Books has been extended to November 30, 2011 - If you are not sure if your dog(s) earned a title in the years being worked on, check our alphabetical listings

NOTE:
The 2007 Yearbook is now available for purchase at the Border Store along with many of the older year books.
The committee is aiming to have the 2008, 2009, 2010 breed books available for purchase at the June 2012 National Specialty in Wisconsin.
The application form can be completed either electronically or manually.
- Electronic
Completion: Please do a "save as" to save the form onto
your computer and type your information directly into the form. Do not forget to enter the year for which
you are submitting at the top of the form. Save a copy of
the form for your own records and email the completed form and an
electronic photograph to the email address noted at the top of the
application page.
- Electronic photographs should be in the .jpeg file format
- Identify the dog's name and year in the 'subject' line of the email
- Handwritten
Completion: Please print out the application page and
print your information directly on the page. Do
not forget to fill in the year for which you are submitting at the top
of the form. Return your completed page to the address
noted at the top of the application page.
- If you send an original photograph for scanning by the Breed Book Committee, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope so we can return your photograph to you
- Please include the following information on the back of each original photograph submitted for scanning: Your name and the registered name of the dog depicted in the photograph.
Please Note: The application form is requesting your email information so the Breed Book Committee can easily communicate with you regarding any questions that may arise while inputting your dog's information. Email addresses will not be included in the Breed Book edition when it is published.
You will have an opportunity to proof your dog's page before the yearly edition is published.
The Breed Book Committee is working diligently to bring the breed book editions up to date and we appreciate your assistance in providing us with the information related to your dog's accomplishments.
